SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RETURNS

  • You have to bear the cost of delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Right to return or exchange any order within 3 days from the day of receipt. This right does not exist or lapses, as the case may be, in the case of contracts regarding good or product(s):
  • which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons e.g. cosmetic products
  • made to customer specifications or clearly customized to personal needs
  • that were delivered as advertised and as per order
  • that are on sale or in discount offers
  • that have been washed, used or damaged
  • Please note that the exact color or texture of the products may vary slightly from what is seen on screen due to the differences in color, screens and lighting conditions used during photoshoots. Therefore, products cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
  • You must inform us (Zepido) of your decision to cancel your order or request for an exchange. You may submit your request according to the instructions and forms available on our website.

  • If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments except the delivery cost (if already received from you) for the goods purchased.
  • For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. For refunds regarding items paid through Cash-on-Delivery, we will ask you for providing us with your mobile bankinf i.e. EasyPaisa or bank account details. You can also obtain the refund amount as a coupon of the same value.

  • You will have to bear the regular cost of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. Otherwise the return the goods is at no cost for you.
